Essence and Internal Beauty

Beauty is not about having an attractive face or a sexy body! It’s about having an appealing mind, a beautiful heart and soul.
It is the difference between aesthetics and essence. The face and body are temporary, external structures—they are the current frame of the picture. But the mind, heart, and soul are the content, the light, and the narrative that truly define a person.
An appealing mind is the source of that "flare and reason for living".
A beautiful heart is one that shows empathy, compassion, and the capacity for that "liberated love".
And a beautiful soul is the inner core, the source of your truest intuition—the part of you that knows without needing logic.
In other words, real beauty is an internal state that shines outward, not an external feature that must be judged. It's the whole, authentic self.
Always remember: If external beauty is something you have, then internal beauty is something you do and are! Do you understand?
